We support policies that will improve the lives of the middle class and help build a better, stronger California, by:

Expanding access to affordable housing

✅ Support for the Middle-Class Homeownership and Family Home Construction Act, sponsored by former CA speaker Robert Hertzberg and the Carpenter’s Union.

✅ Support for the Affordable Housing Bond Act.

Securing stable funding for public education

✅ Support for the Protect Schools and Taxpayers Act of 2026.

Cutting red tape that stalls the building of infrastructure

✅ Support for the Building an Affordable California Act, sponsored by the California Chamber of Commerce.

More transparency and accountability in state government

✅ Support for the Improving Transparency, Effectiveness & Efficiency in California Government Act of 2026.

Protecting innovation and the state’s economy and jobs

✅ Support for the Retirement and Personal Savings Protection Act, which prohibits future state taxes on personal wealth such as retirement accounts and personal property.
